DE BEDIN & LEE STUDIO LEGALE ASSOCIATO AND CT&P COMMERCIALISTI ASSOCIATI IN THE SALE OF THE AGRICULTURAL COMPANY MONTERINALDI TO SOCIETÀ AGRICOLA FATTORIA SAN MICHELE
Milan, 16 March 2023 – de Bedin & Lee studio legale associato with a team coordinated by founding partner Alberto Predieri, assisted by associate Eleonora Favini, assisted the Ciampi family in the sale of the shares of the family business, Società Agricola Monterinaldi, which carries out viticulture and olive growing activities in Radda in Chianti, in the province of Siena. The transaction also included an important real estate transfer from the majority shareholder to the selling agricultural company.
The tax aspects of the transaction were handled by CT&P Commercialisti Associati, with a team led by partner Luca Damiani, assisted by senior associate Andrea Zago.
The purchaser Società Agricola Fattoria San Michele a Torri, traceable to Cav. Lav. Paolo Nocentini, is a historic agricultural company with a wine-producing vocation that, following this acquisition, will operate on a surface area of over 1000 hectares in the municipalities of Scandicci, San Casciano, Certaldo and now Radda in Chianti and was assisted by Cecilia Ristori of Studio Ristori.
The notarial acts were stipulated before the notary public, Dr Veronica Dinolfo.
