DE BEDIN & LEE STUDIO LEGALE ASSOCIATO AND CT&P COMMERCIALISTI ASSOCIATI IN THE BIRTH OF MAISON DU DODO
Milan, 3 April 2023 – de Bedin & Lee studio legale associato with a team coordinated by founding partner Alberto Predieri, with the assistance of trainee Fabio Sergio Duranti, has assisted Fatrix S.r.l. in the birth of the new fashion brand of men’s and women’s clothing with made in Italy production, Maison du Dodo.
The firm followed all aspects of the company’s incorporation and is dealing with all contractual issues, including those related to intellectual property.
Maison du Dodo is the brainchild of the South Korean company Hyaloid.
The project of the Italian Korean brand is based on two main pillars: sustainability and technology; hence, the garments are made from natural materials and using a low-carbon production process. Another essential focus of the project is the development of a new platform on which organisations and users will be able to communicate, interact and sell and it is destined to have a big impact on the market.
The brand’s goal, within the next few years, is to reach a turnover of between 15 and 20 million euros.
The tax aspects of the operation, with implications also on the international front, were followed by the firm CT&P Commercialisti Associati, with a team led by partner Luca Damiani, assisted by senior associate Andrea Zago.
