DE BEDIN & LEE STUDIO LEGALE ASSOCIATO IN THE SALE OF A PRESTIGIOUS REAL ESTATE ON THE ISLAND OF CAVALLO (FRANCE)
Milan, 6 November 2023 – de Bedin & Lee studio legale associato with the founding partner Alberto Predieri assisted Nuswert Anstalt in the sale of a prestigious real estate on the (private) island of Cavallo, France.
The property, consisting of a villa piede de l’eau with a large garden, swimming pool and private beach, also included a berth in the local marina. It is a villa built in the late 1970s, with designs by renowned Parisian architects Breton-Brzeczkowski-Roques, and subsequent modernization and maintenance works that have made the entire property an authentic jewel, for exclusive holidays.
The complex transaction required, among others, the checking of all the building permits issued over the years as well as the state of the property on the basis of the articulated French regulations applicable in the event of sale, as well as the management of pre-emption rights, and therefore involved aspects of construction, environmental, urban planning, civil, corporate and administrative law, not only Italian, requiring the coordination of a group of professionals (lawyers, accountants, tax experts, technicians) located in multiple jurisdiction.
The notarial acts were stipulated before the French notary public François Tafani.
