The Firm assists its clients in the protection of intellectual and industrial property, providing assistance in legal proceedings for the protection of trademarks, confidential information, copyright and unfair competition, as well as drafting and negotiating agreements for the economic exploitation of intellectual and industrial property rights (licensing, merchandising, etc.) and providing support in extraordinary transactions relating to companies with a broad portfolio of such rights.
The Firm has also accumulated considerable experience in drafting and negotiating advertising concession contracts (press, television, web), advertising investments, promotion, product placement and branded content, sponsorship in the sports sector as well as in legal matters specific to this sector; it defends its clients before the ordinary courts, as well as before the Antitrust Authority and the “Istituto per l’Autodisciplina Pubblicitaria”.
The Firm has also gained significant experience in protecting intellectual property and personality (image, reputation, etc.) from violations perpetrated on so-called new media (web in general and social networks in particular such as Facebook, Skype, etc.).
